Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise while being the lead role in the integration of newly acquired dental practices to Imagen Dental Partners
Launch project management oversight to the transition of the practice and doctor to IDP
Serve as primary contact between practice and Support Center and facilitate communication and collaboration between the parties
Provides each physician/practice a detailed overview of the steps, timeline and required documents, signatures and tasks involved in a transition
Maintains progress report, reviews and monitors the transition timeline while tracking the provider(s) status to ensure transition steps are completed and appropriately communicated to all operational and financial departments within the committed timeframe
Works in conjunction with other departments to improve the efficiency of the transition process
Investigates and attempts resolution of communication or process issues affecting the transition of the provider or the requirements of applicable departments
Ensures a successful handoff of newly acquired practice to IDP Support Center while maintaining a positive onboarding experience for the practice
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience managing and supporting dental practices
Previous experience with project management
Previous experience with change management strategies
Strong communication skills with multiple levels of leadership
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to complex operational challenges
Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field of study
