Responsibilities
Own day-to-day operations of the Raleigh office including facilities, janitorial, food & beverage, and workplace services
Serve as the single on-site Workplace Experience representative for the office
Manage and coordinate vendors including building management, cleaning, food services, maintenance, and security
Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify maintenance issues, safety risks, and improvement opportunities
Triage and respond to office-related tickets and requests from employees
Support and execute in-office events, employee programs, and happy hours
Partner with IT/TechOps to assist with A/V, basic troubleshooting, and office tech setup
Help manage seating, space planning, and floor layouts as the team grows
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
Build relationships with employees and serve as a cultural ambassador for the Raleigh office
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the workplace experience
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of Workplace, Office Management, or Facilities experience
2+ years supporting facilities operations or vendor management
1+ year supporting events, IT, or workplace technology
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
Experience working with vendors and service providers
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, in-office environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, Asana, or ticketing systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
