Responsibilities
Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software
Apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications
Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and/or suggest improvements to the architecture
May telecommute
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation
Programming in at least 2 languages including C++, Java, or Python
Core computing including DBMS, Networking, or Security
Highly scalable and reliable architectural patterns using Distributed and Cloud Computing
ESO/ESI/Open Engine and proprietary tools including SI Manager, OpenView, or OEManager for configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades
Setting up development/test environments, production support, and analysis of customer issues
Clinical Document Generation to build, test and support regulatory requirements
Cerner Command Language (CCL) scripting for querying and extracting data
Seamless Document Exchange
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
7 years of software engineering or related experience
