Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated tests across all layers of the application stack
UI automation (Selenium)
API validation (Rest Assured)
Data validation and test data creation (SQL queries)
Performance, load, interface, integration, and back-end testing

Required

MUST be a US Citizen
Strong SDET, Full Stack Automation experience with strong Java skills
Requires strong UI Automation
Docker – familiar with setup and general architecture; how to use Docker in testing tickets, automation, how to use command line to execute Docker commands, etc
Linux command-line utilities
Strong SQL, IDE, GitLab skills
Able to work on a very process-driven team (NOT ad-hoc)
7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with exposure to enterprise SaaS environments
5+ years of hands-on, Full Stack Test Automation experience, including framework design and implementation
Must have strong experience creating test steps from scratch (NOT plug-and-play)
Experience designing, scaling, and refactoring enterprise-level automation frameworks
Ability to translate technical requirements and design specifications into detailed, maintainable test cases
Experience writing and integrating unit tests within automation frameworks
Requires strong hands-on Java coding skills
Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns
Extensive experience developing automated tests using Selenium, Maven, IntelliJ, and TestNG
Experience with API and microservice testing using Rest Assured or comparable frameworks
Strong command of SQL for data validation, integrity checks, and test data creation
Strong working knowledge of Linux command-line utilities (e.g., Bash, PuTTY)

Preferred

Proven experience as a Full Stack Automation Engineer/SDET or Software Engineer preferred
Working knowledge of JavaScript and PHP is a plus
Experience with distributed applications and AWS environments; familiarity with AWS GovCloud preferred
Experience with Agile development processes and the 'whole-team' approach to testing
Familiarity with performance, load, and stress testing tools and frameworks
