Church Recruitment Manager (IL, IN, MI, OH, WI)
Prison Fellowship is the nation’s largest Christian nonprofit focused on serving those impacted by incarceration. They are seeking a Church Recruitment Manager to promote their Angel Tree program and recruit churches to support children of the incarcerated in their communities.

Responsibilities
Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
Employ expert level "sales" skills to recruit new and lapsed churches to register for the Angel Tree program resulting in 100% coverage of children within their territory
Manage the resourcing and execution of all Angel Tree recruitment events and registrations within areas of need
Develop solid knowledge base across all PF programs, with a deep understanding of Angel Tree Christmas implementation
Maintain leads from various sources, employing various tactics to move leads through pipeline towards achieving annual recruitment goals
Qualification
Required
3+ years in church/parachurch leadership role
3+ sales related/territory experience
Must reside in IL, IN, MI, OH or WI
Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent coursework and experience
Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and Salesforce
Ability to learn new technology as needed
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift office products and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
This is a remote/work from home position with an up to 50% travel component mostly in the region, and the driving aspect of this role is subject to certain driving record and insurance requirements
Preferred
Experience with or knowledge of Celebrate Recovery
