Billing Coordinator/Marketing Administrator
Amplify Graphics & Branding is a Milwaukee based, family owned company that specializes in large-format graphics and environmental branding. They are seeking a Billing Coordinator/Marketing Admin to perform billing, clerical, and administrative functions to drive company success.
Printing
Responsibilities
Order processing / preparation of packing slips
Generation and distribution of invoices
Schedule and organize outbound deliveries
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Maintain organized filing systems
Manage order fulfillment and back-orders
Data entry
Billing administration
Social media marketing
Perform other office tasks as required
Qualification
Required
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience with Quick Books
