Responsibilities

Own the job from start to finish. Review contracts, drawings, and specifications, then convert them into an executable plan the team can follow

Prepare projects for success. Break down drawings with an understanding of fabrication and erection methods, identify risks early, and manage RFIs and clarifications throughout the job

Oversee detailing. Coordinate with detailers, review drawings for accuracy, and ensure both approval sets and shop-ready documents are correct before release

Manage purchasing and budget. Procure materials and subcontracted scopes, control job costs, and look for opportunities to protect or improve margins

Drive execution. Coordinate between shop and field, perform or verify site measurements as needed, and be present on site when required to keep work moving

Lead communication. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, handling schedules, updates, changes, billing, and issue resolution with urgency and professionalism
