Minimize supplier tariff impacts
Ensure USMCA compliance
Guide Category Managers on trade rules and sourcing strategies
Analyze commodity spend
Manage RFPs and RFQs
Develop negotiation strategies
Present results to senior leadership
Collaborate with engineering, finance, and trade compliance teams to identify cost reduction opportunities
Support global procurement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with at least five years of supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing experience and one year in a lead role
Master's degree with at least three years of relevant experience and one year in a lead role
Minimum of eight years of relevant experience with one year in a lead role
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Proven experience in procurement processes
Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
Legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction, as sponsorship is not available
Preferred
Knowledge of truck or engine technology
Knowledge of global trade rules
Knowledge of the USMCA Agreement
