Responsibilities
Analyze state, national and industry standards and benchmarks to ensure alignment
Align iCEV content to relevant and current state/national education standards, industry standards or existing industry certifications
Review and update alignments as needed
Align materials for success in instructional materials adoptions
Collaborate with educators and industry experts as needed in the development of alignments and assessments
Develop assessments such as pre-test/post-tests to measure student growth
Create assessments aligned to standards to facilitate standards-based grading
Work closely with the Product team to integrate alignment and assessment strategies
Qualification
Required
Proficient in grammar, spelling, punctuation and written English skills
Ability to positively receive and respond to constructive feedback to improve the quality of work
Must be able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
Must enjoy a work environment requiring flexibility, self-direction, creativity, strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft® Office Suite, specifically Excel
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Prior experience in the education sector or EdTech industry is a plus
