Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for system integration across medical devices and clinical applications
Design, configure, and maintain interfaces, ensuring seamless connectivity and compliance with industry standards
Oversee procurement, deployment, and sustainment of integrated systems, including hardware, software, and networking components
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, manage downtimes, and support incident investigations
Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of integrated systems and their interconnections
Lead multiple integration projects with diverse stakeholders and timelines
Stay current with best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in healthcare IT and system integration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, IT, or related field (or 5+ years of relevant experience)
4–7 years of experience in system integration, configuration, and clinical application support
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, HL7 interface engines, and healthcare interoperability standards
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac), HL7, XML, JAVA, SQL, DICOM, and EMR platforms
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
