Responsibilities

Partner with Revenue organization to lead technical discussions, solutioning workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements with clients

Serve as the trusted technical advisor who translates business challenges into tailored technology solutions

Collaborate with segment/account leadership and align with clients’ evolving business priorities

Design and present end-to-end architectures that address complex client needs, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness

Partner with Data Scientists and Engineers to support the full ML lifecycle – from experimentation to deployment

Take part in productionizing large language models (LLMs) and other advanced AI models

Cloud-Native Architecture/ System Design Kubernetes in production environments

Operating and maintaining production systems

Building CI/CD pipelines

Observability/monitoring

On-premises systems

SQL as well as NoSQL DBs

Secret management and data protection

Definition of integration and business logic implementation principles

Coordination of technical debt, and backlog

Qualification

Required

6+ years of relevant professional experience

The principles of computer systems and DevOps patterns

Demonstrate expertise across AI/Agentic AI, Cloud Platforms, Enterprise Applications, AI/ML, and Modern Architectures

An expert who connects technical recommendations with measurable business outcomes, ROI, and competitive differentiation

Actively contribute to internal and external communities through speaking engagements, customer appreciation events, strategic advisory roles

Deep knowledge of IaC tools, Hashicorp Terraform preferred

Deep knowledge of Kubernetes Ecosystem, CNI, CRDs, Mesh, etc

Knowledge of Public Cloud Providers: GCP, AWS, Azure (at least one)

Understanding of an on-prem DC stack

Good knowledge and understanding in AI infrastructure, networking

Skilled in developing, packaging, and integrating ML services into real applications

Familiar with CI/CD practices for machine learning systems

Strong organizational, analytical, and system thinking skills

Multitasking and ability to switch context

Committed and self-motivated approach

Bright communication and negotiation skills
