Responsibilities
Architect modern, scalable front-end systems using React and TypeScript
Build SDKs, design systems, and reusable UI component libraries
Integrate LLMs, agentic workflows, and multimodal AI outputs into user-facing experiences
Prototype intelligent, data-rich workflows that blend human interaction with AI
Collaborate closely with product designers, backend engineers, and AI researchers
Define clear interface contracts with Python and FastAPI and GraphQL APIs
Design UI patterns that make AI reasoning explainable, actionable, and trustworthy
Shape engineering best practices for performance, modularity, and maintainability
Mentor engineers and influence front-end technical direction
Qualification
Required
8 to 12 plus years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in front-end development
Mastery of React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and modern front-end architecture
Experience building SDKs, platform abstractions, or component libraries
Experience integrating AI or ML outputs into applications, ideally including LLMs or agentic workflows
Strong product intuition and sensitivity to elegant, intuitive UX
Ability to switch between rapid prototyping and production-grade engineering
Familiarity with backend integration patterns, especially Python and FastAPI
Healthcare or regulated-environment experience is helpful but not required
Preferred
Experience with medical data standards (DICOM, HL7, FHIR)
Exposure to cloud-native architecture
Experience with real-time or high-performance visualization systems
Experience with training or fine-tuning ML models
