Accurately enter data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems

Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them as needed

Update and maintain records to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Verify source documents and ensure proper formatting of entered data

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Perform routine data backups and file organization

Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and productivity goals
