Job Title

They are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to team success through collaboration and communication.

Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service
Strong knowledge of sales strategies and willingness to learn product offerings and market trends
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to achieving shared goals
Proficiency in managing transactions, maintaining records, and meeting sales targets
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude to meet customer needs effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required
Additional education or certifications in sales or customer service are an advantage
