Responsibilities
Assist customers with products and services in a professional and friendly manner
Answer customer questions and provide basic sales and insurance support
Generate leads and follow up with prospective and existing clients
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Support daily office and agency operations
Collaborate with sales agents to help drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn sales techniques and insurance processes
Basic computer skills and comfort using office systems
Preferred
Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills preferred
Property and Casualty insurance license preferred, but not required
