Responsibilities
Champion the effort to build and maintain high quality service documentation
Write concise and clear technical specifications based on analysis of sophisticated business requirements
Coordinate multiple development work streams through integration and ensures architecture is scalable and extensible
Define, maintain and support development environment while adopting industry standard methodologies and tools
Ensures code reviews, unit testing and integration testing is completed efficiently and optimally
Work closely with business partners and management team in evaluating current systems and making decisions on future development
Provide technical leadership on advice, training and technical support for various projects and junior team members of the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher
5-8 years of software development experience
5+ years total of OO development experience
4-6 years of Java EE development experience
Preferred
Investment/financial services experience is highly desired preferably within the equity compensation space
