Lead personnel and coordinate production workflow across multiple departments on one shift
Lead and mentor production staff and other supervisors, providing coaching, training and performance feedback
Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes (e.g. quality, supply chain, opex)
Resolve production issues quickly and effectively to maintain smooth operations

Required

Minimum of 3-5 years leadership/supervision experience in an industrial setting

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Tools
Experience in inventory management and cost control
