Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of cash application, including lockbox processing, ACH/Wire postings, credit card transactions, and resolution of unidentified payments

Ensure timely and accurate posting of cash receipts in line with service level agreements (SLAs)

Reconcile unapplied cash, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Collaborate with collections, billing, and other stakeholders to address payment issues and implement solutions

Develop and maintain best practices for cash application policies and procedures

Monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs, driving accountability and continuous improvement

Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts in a high-volume, global shared services environment

Support onboarding of new business units into shared services, including project management and go-live activities

Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting

Lead implementation of a new cash application automation platform and manage system optimization

Serve as system administrator for cash application tools, including end-user training

Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation within the team
