Responsibilities

Quickly learn the CIP framework and translate complex concepts into clear, concise materials for diverse audiences
Create polished PowerPoint decks for leadership, info sessions, and training content with strong narratives and visual appeal
Analyze survey results, scoring curves, and CIP performance metrics; Convert findings into simple visuals and actionable insights to support decision-making
Draft clear, accurate messaging for playbooks, guidance documents, and rollout materials; Confidently present to large groups to build understanding and engagement
Assist in structuring training sessions and enablement materials that drive adoption and reinforce CIP principles

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
Proven experience in change management, communications, or program support roles

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for presentation and data visualization
Ability to analyze data and create compelling, data-driven narratives

Preferred

Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies or similar programs
