Spearhead the ongoing support, optimization, and lifecycle management of our innovative water filtration products
Lead a talented team of engineers and mechanics
Collaborating across departments to ensure our manufacturing operations deliver top-tier quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related manufacturing field; experience in plastics or medical device manufacturing is a plus
7+ years of progressive engineering experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
Proven expertise in sustaining or manufacturing support roles, preferably within electro-mechanical or consumer goods industries
Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and statistical problem-solving techniques
Proficiency with 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks and interpreting technical drawings
Demonstrated experience managing engineering change processes (ECOs/ECNs)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on mechanical aptitude, with the ability to quickly resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in both office and production settings, including occasional physical lifting of up to 40 pounds
Comfort navigating and repairing manufacturing machinery
Willingness to support a mixed work environment with daily interaction across production and warehouse
Preferred
Experience with water filtration or related environmental technologies
Familiarity with supply chain collaboration and component EOL management
Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies
