Building long-term client relationships
Collaborating with underwriting to get loans closed
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Loan Origination
Strong knowledge of Loan structuring and Guidelines
Exceptional Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in using loan management systems and related financial software
Current and valid licensure as a loan officer (as required by state or federal regulations)
