Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in Property Management; Regional Property Manager Experience a must
Experience working in affordable housing programs including LIHTC and Section 8 required

Budgeting and financial reporting
CPM/COS/TCS/HCCP certification or equivalent
Preferred
New construction/Rehab experience preferred
Yardi Voyager Experience preferred
Third party management experience a plus
