Director/ExecutiveHexaware Technologies is seeking an experienced Director of Program Management to lead and oversee program delivery in a SAFe Agile environment. This role involves managing a team of Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Product Owners, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and driving successful execution of large-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and leadership to Scrum Masters, PMs, and POs across multiple programs
Ensure successful delivery of programs within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining quality standards
Champion SAFe principles and practices, facilitating PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and other SAFe ceremonies
Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams
Establish program governance, track progress, manage risks, and provide transparent reporting to senior leadership
Optimize resource allocation across programs and ensure team capacity aligns with business priorities
Drive process improvements, foster a culture of collaboration, and promote Agile maturity across the organization
Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, PMs, and POs to enhance their effectiveness and career growth
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership skills
Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (especially SAFe)
Proven experience in managing complex programs across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
Provide strategic direction and leadership to Scrum Masters, PMs, and POs across multiple programs
Ensure successful delivery of programs within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining quality standards
Champion SAFe principles and practices, facilitating PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and other SAFe ceremonies
