Global Marketing Manager
Established Search is partnering with a global dental manufacturer to rebuild a marketing organization. The Marketing Manager will focus on developing solution-oriented content and tools that enhance communication of clinical value, collaborating with various teams to create effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
Develop solution-oriented marketing content and tools that help sales teams communicate clinical value, not just product features
Translate commercial and clinical insights into clear messaging aligned with the strategic vectors
Build customer journeys and value stories that demonstrate how the company’s systems improve efficiency, safety, and outcomes
Support the creation of sales playbooks in collaboration with the Global Commercial Excellence team
Partner with Education & Clinical teams to integrate KOL insights, studies, and training into downstream messaging
Contribute to global campaigns, new-product positioning, and multi-brand project initiatives
Work cross-functionally with sales, product management, marketing, and customer experience
Qualification
Required
A background in dental sales or customer-facing commercial roles is strongly preferred
Experience in downstream marketing, sales enablement, product marketing, or commercial excellence
Ability to understand clinical workflows, uncover customer needs, and translate them into commercial messaging
Collaborative, open-minded, and comfortable gathering insights from sales leaders, clinicians, and product teams
Ability to build value narratives and solution-focused communications
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, global, multi-brand environment
