The PMO IT Intern will support the IT Project Management Office by assisting with project coordination, documentation, and process improvements, gaining hands-on experience in technology project management and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Support the IT Project Manager in coordinating and tracking technology and process improvement projects

Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including project charters, meeting notes, and progress reports

Help develop dashboards, reports, and tracking tools to monitor project status milestones

Diagram systems and processes using Lucid (or similar)

Participate in project meetings and document action items, risks, and dependencies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to gather business requirements

Support testing, validation, and documentation efforts for system changes, enhancements, or integrations

Contribute to research on new tools, technologies, and process automation opportunities

Assist in maintaining project governance standards and templates within the PMO

Help prepare presentations and updates for leadership meetings
