Design
Responsibilities
Ensure that all brands are merchandised and presented properly by classification, key trends, and lifestyle
Organize stock by color, style, and price
Ensure that all promotional and markdown events are executed correctly at store level
Develop strong relationships in stores with associates and all levels of management
Communicate trends, product knowledge, and selling information to the stores
Prioritize developing partnerships with store management in order to negotiate prime locations, additional capacity, and communicate stock call outs
Report issues and concerns with Regional Manager
Complete store recaps, time sheets, and expense reports
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask
Preferred
Previous retail and/or merchandising experience preferred
