Responsibilities

Provide a high level of quality service, excel in needs assessment and consultative selling, and have a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by the Company
Educate residents about the features and benefits of our offerings, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
Represent the company at sales kiosks, industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand our network and visibility within the community
Build and maintain a network of loyal customers within the community through exceptional customer service and follow-up
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and resident interactions using our CRM system
Continuously seek out ways to enhance the resident experience and drive sales growth

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
Previous experience in direct sales, customer service, or community outreach is advantageous but not required

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
Access to reliable transportation for traveling within the community
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
1 to 3 years in a related field
