Sales / Business Development professional - Healthcare, Life & Pharma
Nexify Infosystems is seeking an experienced Sales / Business Development Professional with a strong background in selling to Healthcare, Life Sciences, and pharmaceutical organizations. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage the full sales cycle, and build long-term relationships with decision-makers to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Pharmacy organizations
Leverage existing industry relationships to generate new business opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing
Build strong, long‑term relationships with decision‑makers including CIOs, CTOs, Directors, and Procurement teams
Collaborate with internal delivery, technical, and leadership teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (virtual or onsite as needed)
Qualification
Required
7+ years of proven sales experience selling into Healthcare, Life Sciences, or pharmaceutical clients
Demonstrated success in bringing new clients and expanding business within existing accounts
Strong understanding of Life Sciences domain needs, including regulatory environments, R&D workflows, clinical operations, or digital transformation initiatives
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
Strong pipeline management and CRM proficiency
