Responsibilities

Partner closely with the GB Role Based Access Control (RBAC) team providing support on WKO’s RBAC policies which govern the system access and entitlements given to WKO users

Support the governance and controls for the Inter Affiliate Services (IAS) related to WKO

Project manage different initiatives around the change and transformation efforts WKO in undertaking

Partner with the leadership team to identify and execute engagement and culture initiatives and drive adoption throughout the organization

Build and develop strong partnerships, identify challenges and eliminate roadblocks with internal partners

Manage personal workload and priorities ensuring timely escalation of key risks/issues to management

Identify and execute process improvements, provide guidance and support on key process and technology initiatives to the business

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point Pitch Pro

Develop high-quality executive presentations that tell a clear, compelling story to senior audiences
