Responsibilities

Leads testing during application analysis, test strategy development, test case creation, test script development, test execution, defect tracking and reporting
Also expected to contribute towards evolving Testing CoE
The candidate may also be required to train end users

Required

Leads testing during application analysis, test strategy development, test case creation, test script development, test execution, defect tracking and reporting
Prior experience and expertise with Testing Center of Excellence strategy and transformation
Expertise in testing Web, SOA/WS, DW/ETL, JAVA backend applications
Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall software development models
Expertise in testing methodologies and process
Direct experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation suites using ACCELQ
Ability to lead automation initiatives using ACCELQ across enterprise applications
Familiarity with codeless, AI‑driven testing workflows (native to ACCELQ)
Expertise in project management tools; HP ALM, Rally, JIRA
Strong SQL skills in Oracle
Strong Unix and Windows skills
Experience in applying test automation
Experience in applying ATDD/BDD, Gherkin
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication skills
Management experience leading multiple projects
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
15+ years of testing experience, setting requirements, test protocols and analyzing results; has participated in projects of similar scope and complexity
2+ years leading testing efforts

Preferred

Post-graduate degree desired
