Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Initiatives (35%) Own integrated program plans, critical paths, and cross-team dependencies for Marketplace experiences. Ensure predictable launches with measurable business impact through systematic delivery frameworks
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment (25%) Facilitate quarterly planning and roadmap alignment across teams. Operationalize intake-to-execution workflows with clear SLAs and resolve blockers swiftly
Measure Business Impact (20%) Define success metrics tied to marketplace strategy and partner with Data & AI teams to build dashboards for data-driven decisions
Optimize Systems & Workflows (10%) Rapidly learn Pax8 marketplace platforms and identify opportunities to reduce operational friction
Build Delivery Capability (10%) Codify successful delivery patterns into reusable frameworks and playbooks, fostering organizational growth
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of program management experience in SaaS or marketplace environments
Expertise in dependency management and cross-organizational execution at scale
Strong technical acumen with ability to understand platform architectures and integrations
Executive-ready communicator who builds trust and drives alignment across Product, Engineering, and Operations
Skilled in Jira, Confluence, and program management tools; familiar with ServiceNow
Preferred
Certifications like PMP, SAFe, or CSM are a plus
