Responsibilities
Draft trust and estate documents tailored to clients' needs and goals
Host consultations and client meetings in-person and remotely to execute signatures, answer questions, and conduct business succession planning
Work alongside financial advisors to ensure plans are in place for clients
Draft, review, and execute complex estate and business planning documents such as buy/sell agreements, life insurance trusts, GST Trusts, and charitable remainder trusts
Qualification
Required
A JD Degree and are admitted in NJ
3+ years of Trusts and Estates experience
Experience working with both high-net-worth and business clients
An ability to explain legal concepts to clients, ensuring they understand their estate plan
Client relation skills with a strong sense of empathy for client situations
Preferred
A business planning background
An LLM degree
Experience utilizing Wealth Counsel
