Responsibilities

Assist clients with completing and signing their life insurance applications over the phone, with scheduling their insurance exam and helping them with billing questions

Respond to emails and requests for information regarding Zander’s Identify Theft Protection by taking inbound and making outbound calls

Apply sales methodologies and problem-solving strategies to best position Zander products and services while providing long-term, individualized solutions to customers

Tech-savvy with the ability to work from home efficiently

Ability to use hands and fingers to operate, handle, and reach

Specific vision abilities including close vision and the ability to adjust focus

Effective communication in English, writing and verbally in person, via email, video meetings and telephone

Ability to communicate effectively via telephone for extended periods of time, up to 7 hours per day
