Responsibilities
Oversee daily pantry operations, including budget management, inventory control, hospitality staff supervision, and service standards; monitor industry trends and introduce new offerings as appropriate
Lead internal event planning in collaboration with cross-functional partners, including communications, technology, and infrastructure teams; manage vendors, contracts, site logistics, and event execution
Provide input on space planning and seating strategies to maximize office utilization and support organizational changes
Manage procurement administration, invoice processing, and financial tracking through electronic payment systems; assist with budgeting, accruals, spend monitoring, and reporting
Provide administrative support to senior leadership and team members, including travel coordination, expense management, scheduling, and business continuity activities
Support insurance-related processes, including claims coordination and proposal reviews
Assist with subscription, vendor, and travel policy management across departments
Manage front-of-house staff to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for employees and visitors
Maintain strong working relationships with building management to address facility needs and service standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Business Management, Facilities Management, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in a professional office or corporate environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate effectively across teams
Comfortable working in an open-office environment and flexible to work overtime when needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Tableau
