New Grad, Entry LevelNEPA WHOLESALE USA is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports to support decision-making.

Responsibilities
Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system
Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and vendor payments
Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner
Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Maintain general ledger and ensure proper classification of income and expenses
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Generate financial statements and reports for management
Support external auditors with documentation and schedules as required
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations
Maintain organized financial files and records for easy access and audit readiness
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accounting clerk, or similar role
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
