They are seeking an Automation Graphic Designer Co-op to assist in developing building automation and energy management system graphics, focusing on learning platforms, standards, and UI/UX fundamentals.

Responsibilities
Assist with creation/editing of BAS/EMS graphics using templates
Execute data entry, image prep, and point mapping tasks
Support testing and basic QA under guidance
Update documentation and maintain files per versioning standards
Shadow designers/engineers; apply feedback to improve
Follow security, accessibility, and safety guidelines
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in or recent graduate of a related program (Engineering, CS, Design)
Familiarity with design tools and Microsoft 365; quick learner
Attention to detail, organization, and process adherence
Integrity and professionalism
Learns standards; responsive communication
Reliability in completing scoped tasks
Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels of customer, employees, unions, government agencies, vendors and suppliers, and other contractor organizations
