Responsibilities

Apply daily cash receipts to appropriate accounts

Prepare and process billing

Assist with deposits and cash postings

Participate in month-end and close activities, including reconciliations and reporting

Perform account reconciliations and research payment discrepancies

Maintain and balance the AR subledger to the general ledger

Monitor customer accounts and assist with collections follow-up as needed

Partner cross-functionally to resolve billing and payment issues
