Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members on real-world projects and initiatives

Review and update contract data in the company’s CRM system and CLM system to ensure accuracy

Collaborate with GTM Operations and Strategic Analytics teams to build dashboards to track contract-related KPI’s

Learn and apply industry best practices, tools, and methodologies

Participate in team meetings, stand-ups, and reviews

Document findings, processes, and outcomes where applicable

Present project results, learnings, and recommendations at the end of the internship

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, Business, Data Analytics or similar field

Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Technologically savvy and comfortable learning and working in new applications and tools

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed

Must be available for the entire 10-week program to be eligible

Candidates must not be listed on any government restricted party lists (including OFAC SDN List and U.S. Commerce Department restricted lists)

Candidates must certify that their employment would not violate any sanctions or export control regulations

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

Preferred

Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and/or CLM systems (e.g., Evisort) is a plus
