Responsibilities
Manage daily AR activities: AR estimates, subcontractor pay apps, cash receipts & AR aging
Prepare subcontractor waivers and ensure compliance
Track and report days worked per project
Submit invoices and payments through DMS
Prepare monthly Prompt Payment Certificates
Support project closeout and financial reconciliation
Assist with daily finance operations as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience (construction preferred)
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS)
Strong attention to detail & organization
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proactive problem-solving skills
Preferred
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
