Responsibilities
Hands-on experience setting up at least 10+ connectors from scratch in Clear Skye—these are custom scripts/APIs that integrate assets for seamless access management controls
Design and configure IGA solutions, including access request workflows, certifications, roles, policies, and integrations with directories, apps, and cloud platforms
Gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with standards like SOX, HIPAA, GDPR
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience setting up at least 10+ connectors from scratch in Clear Skye
Design and configure IGA solutions, including access request workflows, certifications, roles, policies, and integrations with directories, apps, and cloud platforms
Gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with standards like SOX, HIPAA, GDPR
Proven expertise in Clear Skye or similar IGA tools (SailPoint, Saviynt a plus)
Strong ServiceNow skills, including JavaScript, workflows, and Flow Designer
Analytical mindset, client-facing experience, and IAM best practices knowledge
Preferred
ServiceNow certifications or Clear Skye training
