Responsibilities

Manage daily clinical and nursing-related administrative operations of the agency to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Supervise staff and provide training to maintain high standards of care

Develop and Coordinate care plans for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively

Monitor quality assurance measures and implement improvements as needed

Foster relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote effective communication

Directly oversee and manage PCA and CNA caregivers from a clinical standpoint, in coordination with their administrative management with our agency Director of Operations

Qualification

Required

Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of NC

Minimum three years experience managing teams

Proven experience in healthcare management or administration, preferably in home health or hospice settings

Strong understanding of client rights and regulatory compliance requirements

Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate staff and engage clients

Be available for occasional calls from clients and caregivers after hours or on weekends as necessary (this is limited and our 24/7 on-call team directly manages all communications after hours, so you will not be fielding calls directly)
