Experience developing and implementing architecture governance, guidelines, procedures, and standards
Experience with one or more platforms such as Salesforce.com (Sales, Marketing Cloud), MuleSoft, Azure, Microsoft M365

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or related field
8+ years of experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, APM, SPM, App Engine), preferred in a global capacity
Strong knowledge of architecture governance concepts, application design patterns, and best practices
Experience developing and implementing architecture governance, guidelines, procedures, and standards
Experience with one or more platforms such as Salesforce.com (Sales, Marketing Cloud), MuleSoft, Azure, Microsoft M365
Proven change management skills
Excellent communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills
