Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancement of the client's Salesforce environment

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications

Design, configure, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)

Manage and maintain integrations with other systems

Collaborate with client teams and internal technical resources

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner

Maintain system documentation and support user training efforts

Required

Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Developer

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, etc.) highly preferred

Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Flows

Experience with integration tools and APIs

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting

Extensive expertise in some of the following areas: B2B and e-Commerce solutions, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), Einstein and AI-driven analytics, MuleSoft Integration Suite and Integration Designer Platform (IDP)
