Responsibilities

Oversight of all bank loan settlements based on the assigned issuers including:
Managing open trades with counterparties / agents for execution
Cash management across warehouses / funds ahead of settlements
Weekly open trade reporting
Working with vendor regarding all bank loan settlements and answering queries

Qualification

Required

3-5 years in a similar role at a buy-side firm
Excellent communications skills
Strong Excel and technology skills
Knowledge of bank loan operations
Knowledge of Bank Loan closings, restructurings, and other non-vanilla transactions

Preferred

Knowledge of Wall Street Office administrator or other portfolio administration system modules is strongly preferred
