Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to the procurement team with vendor coordination, documentation, and reporting
Serve as a liaison between vendors and the Quality department to ensure timely and accurate submission of required materials
Heavy Excel usage for data tracking, report updates, and document maintenance
Modify and maintain procurement and quality-related reports
Track vendor deliverables and report completion status to Quality
Manage ~20 active follow-up items at a time
Follow up with vendors on quality documentation, technical information, open orders, and delivery timelines
Track outstanding vs. completed items and ensure proper documentation flow
Qualification
Required
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Ability to support procurement team members with additional tasks as needed
