Strong knowledge of ITIL, CMDB and ITOM, HRSD and ITAM frameworks and processes
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with various IT systems and tools using MID Server, web services, APIs, etc
Experience in core platform mechanics including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, ACL, Flow Designer, UI builder (Configurable workspace), Playbook, decision tables/rules and Advanced Workflows, JavaScript (client/server-side), Glide Script, Mobile App Builder (MAB)
Qualification
Required
