Responsibilities
Develop customized financial plans through a wide range of products and services using sound judgment and knowledge of products
Engage with existing clients and warm leads, focusing on providing investment solutions and growing relationships
Utilize Fidelity’s guidance tools to engage in financial planning discussions by presenting solutions that meet client needs
Prepare for and conduct efficient one-on-one appointments to maximize client time and plan for post-appointment follow-up
Grow relationships through proactive outreach to understand clients’ goals and refer them to a wealth management partner based on needs
Educate customers on various investment solutions and their values and differences
Qualification
Required
Series 7 - FINRA
Series 63 - FINRA
Comprehensive understanding of various investment solutions
Outstanding communication and consultative skills
Ability to grow relationships
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred
Series 65 or 66 and appropriate state registrations preferred, OR ability to acquire quickly upon hire
Degree and/or other professional certifications such as a CFP are helpful
