Senior LevelIS3 Solutions is seeking a senior NetDevOps specialist to help lead the way in building the next generation of network automation for one of the largest broadcast environments in the country. The role involves architecting automation tooling, guiding vendor integrations, and driving adoption of automation-first practices across the organization.

Responsibilities
Architect and build automation tooling and pipelines using NetBox, GitLab, Arista CVP/MCS, and Evertz Magnum
Own the automation stack, while supporting others in creating and maintaining operational runbooks
Guide vendor integrations: sometimes hands-on developing, other times serving as manager, tester, or approver of interfaces
Lead cross-functional task forces that bring together developers, broadcast engineers, and network engineers
Drive adoption of automation-first practices across the organization
Qualification
Required
Strong background in Python and Ansible (Rego knowledge is a bonus)

Knowledge of Cloud Network architecture
CI/CD, automation, and integrations
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor, train, and influence teams outside your direct line. There is no people management
Proven success with NetBox, GitLab, Arista CVP/MCS, and CI/CD automation at scale
A collaborative mindset, comfortable leading in a matrixed environment
Preferred
Comfort working in managed network environments
Broadcast media experience is a plus but not required
