Required

2+ years of commercial finance experience at an Am Law 120 firm, including drafting and negotiating primary loan documents

Hands-on experience managing complex work streams for asset-based lending, leveraged finance, or transactions involving esoteric assets like aircraft, railcars, or ships

Must hold a J.D. with strong academic credentials, active New York Bar membership, and the ability to work onsite two days per week in Midtown Manhattan
