Responsibilities
Provide full account management support for assigned customer portfolios across multiple customer segments
Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, enrollment activities, and service requests
Process claims, contractor invoices, and fulfillment requests in accordance with established procedures
Handle customer complaints and claims while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records within CRM and related systems
Coordinate with internal departments and vendor partners to resolve billing, service, and account issues
Support financial and operational processes related to customer accounts and project-based migrations
Follow documented workflows and controls to ensure data integrity and audit readiness
Participate in required training and development programs to maintain service standards and system knowledge
Work scheduled shifts that may include evenings and weekends based on business needs
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, claims processing, customer accounting, or revenue recovery
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency with CRM platforms and customer account management systems
Working knowledge of billing processes, claims handling, and account reconciliation
Strong computer skills, including experience with standard business applications
Ability to manage project-specific tasks within defined timelines and structured processes
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience supporting customers impacted by account or system transitions preferred
